Một nguồn tin trên mạng xã hội Weibo vừa tiết lộ rằng Samsung sẽ ra mắt một chiếc điện thoại với màn hình có thể gấp lại được vào tháng 1 năm sau. Với tên mã “Project Valley”, sản phẩm này sử dụng tấm nền màn hình dẻo, vi xử lý Snapdragon 820 hoặc 620 (chưa rõ là sẽ có bản dùng chip Exynos hay không), RAM 3GB, pin không thể tháo rời cùng với khe microSD. Trước đây Samsung cũng từng nói về ý tưởng điện thoại màn hình gấp nhưng công ty vẫn chưa bao giờ ra mắt một sản phẩm thương mại nào. Nguồn tin cũng cho hay Samsung là một trong những nhà sản xuất đầu tiên được Qualcomm giao bản mẫu của Snapdragon 820 và hiện đang tích cực thử nghiệm nó để dùng trong thiết bị di động của mình.
